Baby Braids

Baby braids have been having a moment on social media with celebrities like Madison Bailey, Bella Hadid and Margot Robbie embracing the trend.

The ’60s inspired trend is easy to pull off by simply braiding two sections of your hair and securing the braid with elastics at the end.

The hairstyle is fun, flirty, and easy-to-re-create so it will make a good go-to style over Spring.

Knotless Box Braids

Knotless box braids have become a popular protective hairstyle for natural hair enthusiasts because they are a gorgeous way to style natural hair.

Because the braids don’t have a knot at the root of your hair, this style is a pain free, low-tension protective style, that is easy to maintain.

Coi Leray braids

Coi Leray braids are named after the rapper Coi Leray who is a big fan of the style.

They are essentially jumbo knotless braids with curled ends. The style is easy to personalize and is lightweight which makes them perfect for warm Spring days.

Bubble braids

Bubble braids are a simple stylish way to update a ponytail or switch up your baby braids.

The hairstyle consists of one or more ponytails that are tied with hair ties continuously down the ponytail, with equal spaces between each of them.

Pulling the hair between each section of hair ties causes the bubble effect behind the name of the style. This style works on all types of hair and will be trending throughout spring.

Micro Braids

Micro braids are tiny versions of box braids. They are a good protective hairstyle because they don’t weigh down the scalp but if you have brittle hair that is prone to breakage, the braids might break your hair because of the small sections used for each braid.

But when properly maintained, these braids are a cute and really cool Spring hairstyle.
