Born and raised by a single mother at Ezakheni Township Section E in Ladysmith, North west of Durban, Ntokozo Hlongwane (25) knew at a very young age, that in order to have a brighter future he had to focus on his studies.

Indeed it is true that good things come to those who work hard. In 2008, Ntokozo passed his Matric with distinctions. In 2012 he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law (LLB)at the University of KwaZulu Natal.

He later went to China to continue with his post graduate studies, where he obtained an International Certificate in Financial Openness and Financial Risk Control for Developing Countries.

Now as an established young Business man, Ntokozo’s passion is Youth empowerment through Motivational speaking particularly to Grade 11 and 12 pupils.

“If you really want to pass with Maximum Distinctions, you must associate yourself with friends who are in the same mission as you. If you can do that, then you can gain positive peer pressure. This kind of peer pressure can take you to your goals. So it is important to assess your associations.”

This in an extract from his published book titled “HOW TO FINISH GRADE 12 WITH MAXIMUM DISTINCTIONS”.

Ntokozo has helped many pupils pass their grades with distinctions across the country, through his motivational seminars, youth life coaching and mentorship programmes.

“The formula for success is Think, Act and Produce. If you think positive , you will act positive and produce positive results. You must think Distinctions every moment of your life.

In fact you must be obsessed about getting distinctions. In that way you will be programming your sub-conscious mind to produce excellent results.

Lastly, the principle of 5 P’s is pivotal.

It says: “Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. Or Poor Preparation Produces Poor Performance.”
