“We are expecting over 7000 people this year over the four days. This year is amazing; we have a wider culinary range of food and craft available showcasing Durban’s finest vendors. Durban Street Food Festival is really something different from your normal food festivals here in KwaZulu-Natal,” said the organiser, Georgies Kretsos.

“We have a full packed line-up of great local music everyday from Veranda Panda, Robin Thirdfloor, Eazy Freaks, Freddy L and Palm Tree Paradise just to name a few. Plus some great family fun activities, a Gin and Tonic garden and a wine tasting section.”

The event goers can taste the raw ingredients that make up the rich cultures of Durban in celebration of Heritage month by indulging in the unique flavours of Durban’s legendary inner-city and coastal vendors like , Prawn Star, Afro’s, Gloria Jeans Coffee, The Durban Pop-up shop, Satisfied, Smooth Operator, Sugarlicious, Fred’s Pizza Truck, Kandy Man and a whole lot more.

The Durban Street Food Festival will be happening this weekend, from the 22nd until the 25th at The Pavillion Shopping Centre.
