Following the end of Game of Thrones actor Maisie Williams says she has struggled with being rejected from roles.
The actor opened up on the topic in a new interview with The Telegraph.
Williams, who is now 23, was 14 when the hit fantasy drama first aired and 22 when it wrapped up.

After taking her final bow as Arya Stark, she began auditioning again — meaning she had to cope with the possibility of rejection again, after eight years on Game of Thrones.
“It is almost harder because I had never been told no,” she told the newspaper, adding that Game of Thrones was the second programme she ever auditioned for, “and that launched my career”.
“There’s always competition, it doesn’t matter how much you’ve done, you will always lose out on roles,” Williams said.
“The industry is built upon rejection. I’m definitely learning that now — how to overcome the rejection and not see it as a personal thing. But learning to be told no is really difficult as someone who’s an established actor.”
Williams stars in the Sky mini-series Two Weeks To Live. She has also landed movie roles in The New Mutants and The Owners.
