Physiotherapist Michelle Kenway shared a routine that helps stretch your upper back in just 5 minutes. The best part is that you don’t even have to leave your desk to do it (you workaholic).

In her YouTube video which has been viewed more than 74 000 times, she can be seen doing a range of simple stretches beginning with shoulder circles, while sitting in the comfort of her chair.

She also doesn’t change out of her work clothes so this routine will work even when you are the office or still working from home.

The easy routine will not only stretch your back and neck but it will also leave you relaxed and ready to continue with your daily tasks.
