A 12-year-old boy has been admitted to study biomedical physics at a Mexican university.
Carlos Antonio Santamaria Diaz will be the first student of his age at the National Autonomous University of Mexico after passing an entrance exam, the university has confirmed.
“I only want to study; if they close the doors to me, I will get in through the windows,” the university quoted the boy – who raced through his school career – as saying.
