Former child star, Dr. Musa Mthombeni did an amazing job as a TV presenter on Yo-TV and later, completed his medical studies at Witwatersrand University’s medical school in Johannesburg.
Earlier this year, he used his Twitter account to confirm that he is now a “whole Dokotela” after completing his internship and was officially certified by the Health Professions Council of South Africa, as a medical practitioner.

Dokotela has finished building a big house in Three Rivers, Gauteng and shared a picture comparing the house in it’s initial stages to the complete house that he has now. It’s unconfirmed whether its his house or his parent’s house.
“One year ago today…one year later today…God is good!” said Dokotela.

As a key-note speaker in The Young Independents Mzansi 100 call for nominations event that took place in Cape Town 15 on Orange earlier this year, Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane encouraged young people to use their talent to better themselves and create employment.

To those of you who might have forgotten who Dr. Mthombeni is, he used to grace our TV screens as a presenter on a kiddies show called Yo-TV in SABC1, with the likes of Akumzi Jezile, who is now his bestie.
Akumzi Jezile later on became widely known as Ngulube in the SABC1 drama series Tempy Pushas, which was a TV series set against the backdrop of the lavish fashion world and juxtaposed with vibrant township culture.
