As an omelette

Jen Curley or @snackqween as she is known on TikTok, made an omelette out of her pesto eggs. For her version, she put some pesto into a pan; cracked some eggs and then mixed them with the pesto. She then added some mozzarella cheese and tomatoes into the omelette, before folding it over.

The reason why pesto eggs seem to just work is that oil in the pesto keeps the eggs from sticking to the pan, and you can serve the meal however you like – scrambled, fried or whipped into an omelette.

As the trend grows, more tempting variations will surely emerge.
