How to make a blast smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of pure almond milk or coconut milk
1 pear, unpeeled (A medium-sized pear contains around 20-25% of the recommended daily intake of fibre)
1 cup of spinach
½ spoon of green tea

Tip: For a crunch, add almonds

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and serve in a glass when all ingredients are crushed and blended.
