Salads haven’t always had the best reputation especially since they have been viewed as the go-to food when someone is punishing themselves for not sticking to their healthy diet.

Some people (me) hardly even look at the salad options on a menu when eating out.

This might change as salad boards are quickly becoming a trend and replacing the traditional salad bowl. It is also no secret that young people love charcuterie boards which means social media will soon be flooded with people creating their own salad boards.

Home decor influencer Audrey Flo also shared her salad board insisting that it was easier to make than it might seem.

Her masterpiece included iceberg lettuce, arugula lettuce, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, block of cheese, thyme and gourmet deli meats.
