FCB scoops award for innovating TYI’s Top 100 campaign

Advertising company FCB won the bronze award for the Most Innovative Social Media campaign by a Small Agency, for their work on the Young Independents’ SADC Top 100 campaign. 

Their big win took place at the 7th annual New Generation Social & Digital Media Awards which took at the Monte Casino last week. 

With over 400 entries from across 43 categories, the competition was on for FCB which has worked closely with TYI since the Top 100 campaign started.

Karen Stephenson, FCB’s Group Account Director, said, “We are so proud of this award, it shows a great partnership between TYI and ourselves – really taking the brand to new levels.”

She added, “It allows us to communicate to the correct audience in channels that are relevant, whilst being innovative and creative. As an agency we’re in the business of telling our client’s stories. In ways they’ve never been told before.”

Mike Ntasa the founder of TYI was very excited when the news broke saying the win was brilliant for both FCB and The Young Independents.
