Mzansi’s 100: Disruptor, Zamandlovu Ndlovu

Zamandlovu Ndlovu is the deputy managing director of Livity Africa, responsible for its creative democracy work, which includes the #2X youth voting campaign.

She is one of the incoming board of governors at the Mapungubwe Institute for Strategic Reflection. She was previously a management consultant at Accenture, a director at the National Planning Commission’s Secretariat and was one of the co-founders of Youth Lab. She is the author of Bad Black’s Manifesto and writes a regular column for Business Day.

She holds a BCom in economics and econometrics from the University of Johannesburg and an honours in public policy and management from the University of Stellenbosch.

She is currently a Bertha Scholar, reading towards a master’s in philosophy in inclusive innovation at the UCT Graduate School of Business. She is a British Government International Leaders Programme alumnus (2014) and one of Finweek’s Top Women to Watch for 2015.
