Could AKA’s visit to Cape Town be a hint that more chart toppers are about to be released?

AKA promised fans not so long ago that he’ll be dropping more music… well…

Could it be?

The SuperMega flew to Cape Town on Monday, saying that the purpose for his mini getaway from Joburg, is to work on new music.

Although it has not been clear when the highly anticipated music will be heard, fans are excited because we all know what occurred the last time AKA jetted off to CPT, with the reason being to “compose music” – #HitsForDecades!

Did you know?

In 2009, AKA and two friends decided to form a group, Ivy League, where they produced for big names in the hip-hop scene such as Pro, JR and Teargas.

Taking to Twitter, the rapper posted pictures of him and his music engineer, Mpilo Shabangu (better known as Master A Flat) in a lavish apartment out in the Mother City, putting in the work.

AKA’s fans have never been ones to hold their tongue when it comes to his social media posts relating to upcoming music…

They just had to speak up and show some love as usual:
