‘Dream Crazier’ is the current Nike ad that is calling out the double standards in the sports industry.

The ad, narrated by Tennis player Serena Williams aims to redefine and change the perception of calling a female athlete ‘crazy’ for dreaming big and goes to show that without having these dreams, nothing would be possible.

The advert already has millions of views on YouTube.

It features scenes of female athletes such as Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, Serena Williams herself and South Africa’s own, Caster Semenya, crying or disputing some of the injustices brought against them.

“If we want to play against men, we’re nuts. And if we dream of equal opportunity, we’re delusional. When we stand for something, we’re unhinged. When we’re too good, there’s something wrong with us. And if we get angry, we’re hysterical, irrational, or just being crazy,” Williams says in the ad.
