Jules Sebastian shared her recipe for a different take on sushi by using cucumber instead of seaweed to wrap it.

Jules, who is the wife of singer Guy Sebastian, revealed she gained inspiration for the unusual low-calorie snack after seeing it trending on TikTok.

Cucumber sushi rolls are very popular on the video-sharing app with over 140 million views and a number of creators sharing their recipes.

In a video on Instagram, Jules used cucumber, cream cheese, tuna, Kewpie mayonnaise, tuna, avocado, and chilli flakes to make her snack.

She started by peeling thin strips of cucumber and laying them overlapping on some paper towel to make a base layer for the sushi.

Then she spread cream cheese onto the cucumber ribbons, added a layer on tuna mixed with Kewpie mayonnaise and sliced avocado and sprinkled with chilli flakes.

The she carefully rolls it all up tightly and secures it with toothpicks before cutting it up into bite-sized pieces.
