Rapper Rikhado Makhado also known as Riky Rick has been trending on social media for a video he created of himself in a silk robe dancing to Maskandi hit “Sobulala Van Damme” by Kwazulu Natal artist Mroza Fakude. Fakude walked away with a R150 000 cash prize and a brand new Kia Picanto after his hit song “Van Damme” was voted as SABC’s Song of the year for 2016. The song has taken South Africa by the storm, while others thought the artist’s video was a bit too much because it showed off snippets of his package, others thought it was just what was needed to make people laugh. A few of his fans and celebrities posted videos #RickyRickVanDammeChallenge of themselves copying the rapper’s dance moves, choreographer and Idols judge Somizi Mhlongo also joined into the challenge but has since been deleted the video.
