INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of pure almond milk or coconut milk
1 pear, unpeeled (A medium-sized pear contains around 20-25% of the recommended daily intake of fibre)
1 cup of spinach
Β½ spoon of green tea
Tip: For a crunch, add almonds
