The bail hearing of Wits University student leader #MceboDlamini has been postponed to Wednesday, November 8, 2016.
Dlamini was arrested in October 2016 and is facing charges of public violence, theft, malicious damage to property and assault during the #FeesMustFall protests.
His legal representatives include Dali Mpofu and Thembeka Ngcukaitobi.
Dlamini was previously denied bail because he had ”shown a propensity to ignore court orders” said state prosecutor Steven Rubin.
