If you weren’t sure before, local designers at Cape Town Fashion Week just proved without a shadow of a doubt that Africa is indeed now. The theme I Am Africa was a celebration of our intricate heritage and culture while glorifying African excellence in it’s purest form. The looks were unconventional with voluminous silhouettes and layered styling.
