And the 24-year-old actress admits she takes strength and gains more confidence when other celebrities open up about their own body battles.

She told the new issue of Shape magazine: “This body-positivity movement we’re having right now is so amazing and it’s helping me so much. I’m seeing all these people I look up to, like Rihanna, open up about their weight fluctuations and loving themselves the way they are. That makes me love myself more too.”

In order to stay healthy, Camila makes sure she takes some time for herself and has also found support from a therapist and a nutritionist.

As a result, the brunette beauty has stopped dieting and just makes sure she eats healthily and is “proud” she’s overcome her problems.

She said: “I was always on some kind of weird diet but I haven’t been on one since. I’m very proud of myself.”
