Debra Messing uses Niod’s Copper Amino Isolate Activator serum to treat her sensitive skin and reduce redness.

Debra Messing has always lived with skin that reddens when simply touched but she has now started using a copper serum to improve her complexion.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar US, she shared: “I use a copper serum which is kind of new to me and I didn’t realise it was kind of a magical thing. It’s blue and I put on about four or five drops in my hand. “As you can see, I have really sensitive skin. You can see just touching it I turn red. And using this has really evened out my skin tone – I mean markedly!”

The ‘Will & Grace’ star uses the copper product in conjunction with vitamin C enriched Rescue Serum by her facialist Joanna Vargas and Amore Pacific’s Moisture Bound Skin Energy, which boosts skin’s natural moisture.

Debra also revealed what product she uses to keep her teeth sparkling white and when it comes to dental care she swears by an inexpensive over-the-counter toothpaste.

She said: “I love Colgate Optic White. I have been using this for years and you know, there’s just something about having bright white teeth, and this works for me. I don’t have time for products that don’t work so I’ve done my research.”
