Wearing a cutaway vest, Reese Witherspoon revealed nicely toned arms. The 40-year-old Oscar-winning actress swears by yoga and running for staying in shape.

‘I like to run for about an hour, and I’m big into working out with girlfriends,’ says the mother of three.

‘It’s an acquired skill, being able to discuss your love life, children and friends — all while you’re running. But we (my girlfriends and I) have mastered it.’

What to try: The Boxer move targets the triceps muscles in the backs of your arms.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart holding a weight in each hand. Bend your elbows behind you, keeping upper arms level with your back. Flex your knees to come into a half squat leaning forward from your hips so that your spine is almost parallel to the floor.

Extend your right arm straight out in front of you and the left arm straight behind you. Rotate both wrists so that the front palm is down and the back palm is up. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This completes one repetition.

Repeat 12 to 15 times.
