The Honourable GDE MEC, Mr Panyaza Lesufi, will lead the activities to mark the #40th Anniversary of June 16 as a rolling six month programme.
In addition, mobilise youth to register and vote in the Local Government Elections.
This commemoration also ties with the 20th anniversary of the Constitution.

Access to information on starting and sustaining small businesses
THE BOOK FAIR
This book fair will introduce upcoming authors to the public, book reading and story-telling.
TRADE FAIR
It will allow young entrepreneurs to show case their products amongst other arts and crafts.
Retailers, such as Edgars, Woolworths and Truworths, will be pay a minimal exhibiting fee that will allow to ‘sell’ their goods or products.
The key objective of extending this invitation to your retailers is to:
Introduce young designers; and
To allow retailers to partners with young designers with the end in mind to showcase their creativity in their stores
