Football fans worldwide waited in anticipation as the UEFA Champions and Europa League draws took place in Nyon, Switzerland today (December 12, 2016).
For the Champions League draw, Arsenal will have a tough mountain to climb when they travel to the Allianz Arena to face Bayern Munich while Champions League debutant, current English League champions Leicester City battle Europa League winners Sevilla away in Spain.
Barcelona was drawn against french giants Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City will need to overcome Monaco at the Etihad Stadium.

In the other UEFA draw, the Europa League produced interesting results where Belgian side Anderlecht hosts Russia’s Zenit Saint Petersburg and Fiorentina will face Monchengladbach, who had a good showing in the Champions League group stages. English side Tottenham will travel to Belgium in their encounter against Gent while one of the biggest matchups will see Villareal and AS Roma in a hotly contested battle.
Probably the most talked about match will pit the Pogba brothers, Paul and his older brother Florentin, when former Champions League winners Manchester United host French club St Etienne at Old Trafford.

The Champions League final will be played on June 3, 2017 at the National Stadium in Cardiff, Wales while the Europa League final will be hosted at the Friends Arena on May 24, 2017 in Stockholm, Sweden.
