JOHANNESBURG – Pearl Thusi fans finally get their appreciation day.
South African media personality Pearl Thusi will be making her US television debut tonight on the hit series, Quantico, which follows Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) on her FBI training.
Quantico, which is known for its portrayal of strong female characters, will see Thusi as Dayana Mampasi, a Boston-based South African lawyer (and hopefully meaning no faux American accent) joining Chopra and Aunjanue Ellis on the ABC series.
There is no other better way of celebrating her #BlackGirlMagic and her success that makes us proud than to declare this day as #PearlThusiDay, in extension to inspiring others to conquer their dreams.
