All fudge lovers have been trying out the latest trend to take over our social media feeds – three-ingredient fudge. The delicious treat can be whipped up in minutes which is probably why people are obsessed with it.
The simple recipe – using condensed milk, chocolate, and your choice of flavouring – has delighted foodies, who are proudly showing off their creations online.
Eloise Head, from London, who shares her recipes on Instagram and TikTok under the name FitWaffle, has reached more than 50 million people with three recipes showing very simple ways to make fudge at home.

Three-Ingredient Biscoff Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 tin of Condensed Milk (397g)
- 400g White Chocolate
- 100g Lotus Biscoff Spread (plus some for drizzling over the top)
- Optional: Crushed Lotus biscuits for texture and decoration
Method:
- Add milk and white chocolate to a saucepan, put on low heat and stir continuously
- Turn off heat and add Biscoff
- Optional: Add Lotus biscuits
- Pour fudge into baking tray
- Optional: Add extra spread and biscuits to decorate
- Leave in the fridge until hard
Three-Ingredient Oreo Fudge
Ingredients:
- One 379 gram tin of condensed milk
- 510 grams of white chocolate
- 20 Oreo biscuits, crushed
Method:
- Pour the condensed milk and white chocolate into a saucepan over a low heat.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate melts to prevent it from sticking to the base and burning.
- Add crushed Oreos and folded them into the mix, remembering to save some to scatter on top. The mixture should be thick.
- Add the mixture into a lined baking tray, moving quickly before it sets.
- Press the leftover Oreo chunks into the top and leave to set at room temperature or in the fridge for faster setting.
Three-Ingredient KitKat Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 Tin of Condensed Milk (397g)
- 500g White Chocolate
- 125g KitKat (plus 8 4-finger KitKats if you want to create a base)

Method:
- Line base of baking tray with Kit Kats
- Add milk and white chocolate to a saucepan, put on low heat and stir continuously
- Turn off heat and fold in 125g of Kit Kats
- Pour into baking tray
- Leave in the fridge until hard
