Cape Town- South Africans are in for an eventful music festival, as ULTRA South Africa is taking place at the vibrant Green Point Cape Town Stadium on the 24th of February, before heading to Joburg tomorrow.

ULTRA is one of the biggest music festivals in the world and has been widely celebrated internationally since it’s first debut in 1999, in Maimi.

DJ and co-founder of ULTRA SA, Shaun Duvet said at a media conference hosted at the 15 on Orange hotel, earlier on this afternoon, that the festival will be nothing short of fantastic music and entertainment.

He also explained that his team prepared amazing technical facilities to ensure that the show is a memorable experience; from lights, the sound system, and the Dj decks.

“For the first time in South African history, the Dj line up will include Niles Hollowell-Dhar aka KSHMR,” said Duvet.

The panel discussion also included well-renowned DJ’s such as Martin Garrix and special guest, Russel Faibisch.

Garrix said that young upcoming artists should follow their passions and explore their ideas without fear.

“You should keep pushing even if it means testing ten ideas till the actual one works. If it’s your passion keep doing it,” said Garrix.
