Chances are, your favourite miracle product that’s been developed by beauty experts, contains at least one essential oil that functions as the magic ingredient. So instead of splashing out on chemically enhanced, store-bought products, why not swap it out for essential oils that are not only gentle and effective on the skin and hair, but can also enhance overall health and wellness.

Most commonly used for its relaxing effects on the body,the aroma of lavender oil relaxing and helps release stress. A drop or two when rubbed in the temples helps in better sleep.
