There’s just something terribly addictive about melting, garlicky braai-toasties. There’s nothing more filling than a braai-toastie in your belly.
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter the bread on both sides.
Add each of the ingredients on one slice and cover with another.
Add the salt and pepper to taste.
Place on the rooster, flip after two minutes.
Leave for two more and remove.
