Recipe 1: Classic Cointreau fizz

Ingredients: 
1/3 Cointreau
2/3 Sparkling or Soda water
Juice of ½ lime


Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice, add Cointreau, the juice of half a lime and top off with sparkling water.

Recipe 2: Cointreau fizz orange

Ingredients:
1/3 Cointreau
2/3 Sparkling or Soda water
Juice of ½ limes

Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice, add Cointreau, the juice of half a lime and top off with sparkling water. 2. Garnish with thin orange slices.

Recipe 3: Cointreau fizz raspberry

Ingredients: 
1/3 Cointreau
2/3 Sparkling or Soda water
Juice of ½ limes

Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice, add Cointreau, the juice of half a lime and top off with sparkling water.
2. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh raspberries.

Recipe 4: Cointreau fizz passion & pepper

Ingredients: 
1/3 Cointreau
2/3 Sparkling or Soda water
Juice of ½ limes
2 fresh passion fruits
1 thin slice of Thai Chili Pepper

Instructions:
1. In a boston shaker glass pour the passion fruits juice and a slice of Thai chili pepper. 
2. Add Cointreau and lime juice. 
3. Fill with ice. 
4. Shake until the metal tin is frosted. 
5. Fine strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water. 
6. Garnish with a Thai chili pepper

Recipe 5: Cointreau fizz mint tea

Delicious Cointreau fizz mint tea cocktail. PICTURE Supplied
Ingredients:
1/3 Cointreau
2/3 Sparkling or Soda water
Juice of ½ limes
50 ml cold black tea
3 fresh mint leaves

Instructions: 
1. In a boston shaker glass add Cointreau, tea, lime juice, mint leaves. 
2. Fill with ice. 
3. Shake until the metal tin is frosted. 
4. Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water. 
5. Garnish with a mint leaves.
