1 cinnamon stick
5ml vanilla essence
4 eggs, separated egg whites from yolks
1 x 380g Ideal milk
1 tin water (use the ideal milk tin)
Soak the sago in cold water for 10 mins.
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease an ovenproof dish.
Mix sago and cinnamon and heat in a pot.
Heat slowly until boiling point is reached and them simmer for 10 mins.
Add sugar and vanilla essence and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Add egg yolks to sago mixture and stir well.
Stir in Ideal milk and water mixture.
Whisk the egg whites until firm and it forms points and stir into mixture.
Dish mixture into the oven dish and bake for about 30 mins until golden brown.
