CAPE TOWN – It’s no doubt that Jozi is the hub of entertainment. The city will once again kick off summer with fourth annual DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival presented by Nedbank, which will be taking place on October 8th and 9th. Festival organisers are promising patrons mouth-watering finds in food, street chefs and delectable trends as well as a music line-up of world-class entertainment and local acts.
The DStv Delicious Fest first made waves in October 2013, with Jamiroquai leading the music line-up with the support of top South African artists, while UK celebrity chefs Aldo Zilli, Ed Baines and John Burton-Race left their signature dishes at their own pop-up restaurants.
It is impossible to miss this year’s event, which will incorporate a mix of music genres from both local and international icons. On the music stage, be sure to meet the likes of the legendary trumpeter Hugh Masekela, Judith Sephuma, Mi Casa and the iconic US group The Jacksons.
Why leave the kids behind when Nedbank has in store the biggest Kids Zone featuring exciting activities such as trampolines, a climbing wall, dancers and much more.
And of course what’s a Dstv Delicious festival without good food, on the culinary side we have Food Network celebrity chefs Siba Mtongana, Jenny Morris and Reza Mahammad, J-Something, Callie Anne, Sarah Graham and the beloved Reuben Riffel.
