This update was posted on her Facebook page where she bashed everyone who said that Dlamini looked drunk.
Oliphant emphasized as to how the Minister and ANC Women’s League President does not like or fathom why people drink alcohol.
She went on to swear all those who shamed and laughed at the picture Dlamini is said to be drunk in.
