Stock up on fruits, they are high in liquid-content which will help your body wash out all the toxins. They are also very easy to digest and are high in antioxidants, nutrients, fibre, and important vitamins.

2. Green Tea

Green tea is essential for detoxing. If you look at the ingredients list for any fat burning supplement, you will probably see that green tea is on the list.

Green tea has been shown to boost the metabolic rate and increase fat burning in the short term, although not all studies agree.

3. Seeds and Nuts

Incorporate more of the easily digestible seeds and nuts into your diet. Flax seed, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, Siberian cedar nuts, and sunflower seeds are all excellent options as well.

You might want to avoid nut butters while detoxing.

4. Avocados

Just because I can’t get enough of the potato avocado combo ????? . #veggininthecity #eattherainbow #plantbased

At first many shy away from Avocados because they’re high in fat, but ever since the difference between good fats and bad fats become more commonly known, they are now becoming more prominent.

Because of its fiber and antioxidant count, this is a food that is making it onto more and more detox lists as well.

5.Water

Yes, you read correctly, water is often overlooked but it’s highly important for all of your organs. It helps us with flushing toxins out of our bodies. If you’re exercising it becomes even more important to stay hydrated, so bring back all the water bottles.
