Chile con queso (Spanish for “chile with cheese”), sometimes described simply as queso, is an appetiser or a yummy Mexican side dish of melted cheese.
Mexican Chile con queso Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 can diced tomatoes with chillies, drained
1/2 tsp chilli powder/ cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
