Let’s confess, eating healthy really sucks.
Women that can not eat their sugary treats, are dangerous.
So here is a way for woman to keep on smiling and guys to stay out of the ‘red zone’.
Pancakes made from bananas is the key!
Here is a step-by-step recipe by Jamie Oliver:
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 banana
2 heaped tablespoons of granola
1 heaped tablespoon of wholemeal self-raising flour
METHOD
STEP 1
Peel one banana and mash it in a bowl until it is nice and mushy.
Crack an egg into the bowl and beat them together.
It sounds terrible, I know.
Just trust me!
STEP 2
Mix in 1 heaped tablespoon of wholemeal self-raising flour and 2 heaped tablespoons of granola dust until you get a smooth batter.
I know it still looks bad, hang in there.
STEP 3
Drizzle some olive oil onto a large pan over a medium heat.
Preferably a non-stick pan otherwise things could get sticky, obviously.
STEP 4
Add heaped tablespoons of the batter to the pan, spacing them out evenly.
STEP 5
Okay, so the gross part is almost over!
Wait for one to two minutes until they are brown underneath.
STEP 6
Flip dem pancakes over 😉
Leave them for another minute or so, until cooked through.
STEP 7
Good news, this is the part you actually wanted to know about.
Enjoy your healthy pancake with toppings of your choice.
