This might not be the best form of motivation but its true…
Okay Guy’s & Gal’s, by incorporating these 4 lifestyle hacks below, I ensure you that you will love the results:
1. Start eating healthy food
Personally, this might appear to be the worst part, but we got to do, what we got to do.
This means no junk food.
I’m absolutely sure in my research and findings, that cake and ice cream is classified as junk food.
So none of that!
Fruits are your candy now, and vegetables your best friend.
2. Drink water, instead of juice
(This is actually really good advice)

Whenever you feel thirsty, replace the juice with water.
Remember juice has ALOT of sugar (fructose), so by just cutting juice out, it already makes a difference.
Drinking water also helps your body burn stored fat.
If you’re not drinking enough water, your liver will be forced to help your kidneys detoxify your body.
When you drink plenty of water, your kidneys don’t need any extra help, so your liver will be able to metabolise stored fat more efficiently.
3. Get more sleep
BEST advice ever.
Your body produces the glucose and insulin levels of some diabetics, when you don’t sleep!
So depriving yourself of sleep is a no-no for healthy weight loss.
Which is fabulous, I suddenly love dieting!
Did you know?
Your mind is surprisingly busy while you snooze. During sleep you can strengthen memories or “practise” skills learned while you were awake (it’s a process called consolidation).
Once you get into it, it kinda gets fun-ish for those fitness phobes out there.
Try starting your day with a 5 minute jump rope session.
Then get yourself a nice workout routine. Just don’t forget to stretch!
As many push ups as you can do
30 leg lifts
As many arm curls as you can, on each side

Remember that losing weight isn’t always easy. There is no quick fix for long-term, healthy weight loss.
It’s going to take a lot of discipline and hard work.
